Please read the information below.

The Curl Suite currently has so many wonderful existing clients to accommodate, therefore new client appointments are offered on a limited basis. New client appointments are available for booking on the 1st of the month at 8:00am. Most of the available appointments will be for the following month. Please read the information on the FAQ and New Client pages prior to the calendar opening date. Please have your credit card ready to reserve your appointment. Appointments tend to go fast.

Returning clients are strongly encouraged to pre-book their following appointment before leaving the salon. Returning clients who have not pre-booked can contact the salon via email or text to schedule or reschedule their appointment.

New client appointments are booked online via the link located at the bottom of this page, which is powered by the Acuity scheduling system. Once you have selected your service, date and time and have entered your contact information, you will be asked to put a credit card on file to secure your appointment. No deposit is required at the time of booking and you are not charged for the service ahead of time. Once you have successfully booked an appointment, you will receive an email confirming your selected service and appointment date and time.

If you are attempting to book and no dates appear, that means the dates are all booked up for that service. There is currently no wait list, however, openings due to cancellations are posted on the Instagram page (IG link located at very bottom of page).

 
 
 

Cancellation/No Show Policy 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment) will be charged of 50% of the service total. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service total and you will not be able to re-book an appointment. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing with the late cancellation and no show policy. If you need to cancel, please do so by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link located at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If you have created an account on Acuity (highly recommended for faster booking in the future), you can cancel through your client profile. If you have trouble canceling your appointment via the Acuity system, please email us at info@thecurlsuite.net as soon as possible.
